TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our prices are based on a day hire term. If you require longer please contact us for a quote.
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking which is deducted from the final invoice.
The balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.
If paying by cheque, it must be cleared 7 days prior.
It is your responsibility to ensure your venue allows the games on their grounds.
We make a number of small holes in the ground but we try to minimise any damage.
SETTING UP & COLLECTING
We try to fit around your requirements where possible..
We usually set up before on the morning of your event then return the following morning to collect so that we don't disturb your day.
The booking is non-refundable. Our games are designed to be left outside so In the event of rain, we would set up and hope you get some dry spells. Some of our games are suitable for indoor use, however we take no responsibility for any damage caused to the venue if the games are inside.
If you wish to cancel your order, we must be notified in writing or via email.
You will lose your deposit and the following charges will apply:
Many hours are spent hand making and painting our games. They are all checked after each booking.
If a game is damaged or items are missing, we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred to either repair, recreate or replace any part or all of the game.
Girl Friday Games do not take responsibility for any damage or injury caused to any venue or person during the hire period.
By hiring our products, you agree to all terms and conditions and agree that the items are your responsibility until they are collected by us.
